RETURNS
At Spring & Somer, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to take it back within 10 days of delivery.
All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
