At Spring & Somer, we know you don’t have time to wait when there’s a cute outfit on the way. That’s why we process and ship orders quickly—because we want your items to arrive just in time for the memories you’re about to make. Need your order even faster? Contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Your style can’t wait—and neither should you.

We currently only ship to the United States. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated based on current USPS rates and shown at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. Once your package is with the mail carrier, it's in their hands and out of ours. You’ll receive tracking details sent to the email or phone number associated with your order. If your order goes missing, don’t worry—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at springandsomer@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All orders are shipped via USPS unless noted otherwise in your shipping email.
